By creating a workspace or using ChatFleet (web dashboard, mobile app, APIs or WordPress plugins) you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use ChatFleet on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.
ChatFleet provides a multi-channel customer inbox (Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp), order management, courier dispatch and tracking, fraud screening, SMS/OTP notifications, advertising measurement (Meta Conversions API), AI-assisted replies and reporting. Features may be added, changed or gated by plan; optional integrations are controlled per workspace.
You are responsible for the Meta assets (Pages, Instagram accounts, WhatsApp Business numbers), courier accounts, SMS gateways and other services you connect, and you must have the right to connect them. Connecting WhatsApp uses Meta’s official Embedded Signup; you must comply with Meta’s Platform Terms, the WhatsApp Business Terms and all messaging policies (including consent and 24-hour window rules).
Workspace admins control moderator/manager access and are responsible for actions taken under their workspace. Keep credentials secure and remove staff who should no longer have access. We provide role-based controls, audit logs and encrypted credential storage, but you are responsible for who you invite.
No spam or unsolicited bulk messaging, harassment, deception, illegal content or activity, infringement of others’ rights, attempts to breach security or access other workspaces’ data, or any use that violates Meta/WhatsApp policies or applicable law (including data-protection and consumer-protection law). We may suspend or terminate workspaces that violate these rules, with notice where practicable.
ChatFleet transmits orders to the courier and SMS providers you configure and displays the statuses they report. The delivery contract is between you and your courier; we are not a party to it and do not guarantee courier performance, delivery times, COD collection or third-party data accuracy (including fraud-check signals, which are advisory only).
Paid plans are billed in advance (Stripe, or bKash for manual billing in Bangladesh). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Non-payment may lead to suspension after notice.
Your workspace data belongs to you. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (store, process, transmit to the providers you enable). Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy; you can export or delete your data as described there.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We target high uptime, take automated backups and monitor the platform 24/7, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation — including outages of Meta, couriers, SMS gateways or hosting providers outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatFleet is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost orders, or platform bans resulting from your policy violations). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may terminate for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination your data is deleted per the retention terms in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without prejudice to mandatory protections of your local law.
